We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
However, if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has any quality-related issue caused during shipping, Jveclemonsroad will cover the return shipping costs and provide an appropriate solution.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item after it has been approved and then place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must remain:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
